Pat Bailey is a native to the area , growing up in Franklin county when the lake was being formed. Pat has raised her two children in the area and loves boating and water recreation. She began her real estate career in 1983. Ove rtime Pat begn to see the growng need for property management at the lake and in 1993, she formed the Premiere Property management firm of C B Rentals & Sales. To date this well established and well respected firm manages apx 200 homes at or around the Smith Mountain Lake area. In 1996, Pat became the Owner/ Principal Broker of Coldwell Banker Countryside, Realtors . Coldwell Banker handles the sale of hundreds of homes each year and is known for it high entegrity and professional services.

In 2005, Pat and her daughter Jessica ( Jessica actively manages C B Rentals & Sales) formed a construction and development firm ( Bailey Enterprise Group) to further serve the needs of their growing customer base.
